Weeekends will be gone in less than 50 mins. It has been an awesome week and cant believe that it has just flown past.
On sat, I tagged along with fay to meet her buddy. Her buddy is an irish exchange student. And strangely, fay brought them to crystal jade, weird choice of a place for you to bring an irish to. Then afterward fay paid for the full bill which amounts to $45. Wow generous right? I thought that is very nice of her, no matter what her reason is. Then afterward brought the buddies to a japanese stall to buy cups. According to them they were looking for places to find cups all over and they must be delighted to see a decent cup in the japanese stall. Afterward walked with fay back to SMU and on the way told me about her encounter with her buddy. Quite interesting I must say. Then its time to head to service. Service yeterday was great. Its about forgiveness. Well, especially felt that Romans 12:19 was specially powerful to me. Was also happy that benjamin asked me about how to change so that he would appear not so rude when he talk. Then also taught him how to read the bible. Which is kind of a breakthru for him. After that is fellowship at terminal 1. Then went off with keith back home. END of day......
Wanted to fulfill my commitment today of doing housework. So woke up early to sweep and mop the floor. Halfway between vacuuming got scolded from mum for damaging the wall while vacuuming. Haiz... sometimes when you do something right the devil comes n throw a spanner in the works. Stupid devil! But its ok. Had so much scolding before that I know that this won't stop me from continue doing what is right. After mopping the floor, its quiet time with God and a fast phone call to daniel and off to cell group. Wow jin ming played guitar for cell group! He did well, and I especially felt the word that he gave about us being God's "precious"(dunno if this translation is right) is for me. Amen! Then afterward rushed off in a cab with zachary to his bursury ceremony. Didn't expect to see so many ppl there when I reach. The hall was so full that parents could only stand and view from outside. Hanged out around with his mum and headed to AMK hub afterward to celebrate melvin and hui kai's b'day.
After being reminded by nicholas, I think it has been 1 year that I last joined them for their last outing. Oh man.... sorry about that. I must be a very bad friend...... Well, to say the truth initially wasn't very keen to go for the celebration. Well, have been out the whole weekend liao just wanted to relax abit. But I guess its kind of selfish on the hindsight. So I dragged myself along for the outing. But this is one decision I never regretted. Really appreciate ppl everyone for coming and taking time off their busy schedule. Nic came even though his exams is in 2 wks, yu lung rushed down after meeting his client, Mel came even though he need to go back to hostel tonight(like book in likedat), Huikai also took time off his busy holiday schedule to celebrate his b'day with us, Kang li to the surprise of me came despite being uncontactable the whole day, melvin senior took time off his precious weekend break in his work schedule to come and lastly, Yuexuan n miaoshan also sacrificed their quality time together to come. Well, if I didn't come, it would have been really selfish for me!!! Thanks God I came or else I'll definitely be crucified by them. Hahaz. Well anyway had great fun fellowshipping with frens I have not seen in a year. Oh man time flies. Didn't even realise it. Well anyway hope the next time I meet them would not be one year later. All the best pals, hope u have a great time too. All the best for ur exams and have a great term ahead.
